Introducing Luis Ricardo Falero
We’re super excited to announce the addition of six restored works by the spellbinding Spanish painter Luis Ricardo Falero to our Restored Reproductions collection. Known for his masterful blend of mythology, astronomy, and dark fantasy, Falero captured the 19th-century imagination with richly detailed nudes, witches, and celestial beings rendered in luminous, otherworldly settings.
Born in 1851, Falero’s artistic career was as brilliant as it was brief—he died under somewhat mysterious circumstances in 1896 at the age of just 45. While the cause of death remains unclear, his legacy endures through the dreamlike and often eerie visions he left behind.
These new restorations have been meticulously cleaned, enhanced, and brought back to life, honoring the original works while making them sharper and more vibrant than ever. Perfect for lovers of gothic beauty, Victorian fantasy, and occult art history.
